Terms and Conditions for Brazed Wheels Raffle

1. Eligibility: This raffle is open to visitors of 2024 Cologne tire show. Employees of Go Retread, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and to Go Retread's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the raffle.

2. Promotional Period: The raffle begins on 4th June 2024 at 9:00 and ends on 6th June 2024 at 17:00. Entries submitted before or after the Promotional Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter: No purchase is required to enter or win. Participants must complete the online entry form available at [https://www.go-retread.com/win100]. Only one entry per individual is permitted, and multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification.

4. Prize Drawing: Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period. The draw will take place on or before June 8, 2024. Winners will be announced on our website by this date. All decisions by Go Retread regarding the raffle's administration and winner selection are final.

5. Prizes: 3 winners will receive 100 Go Retread Brazed Wheels each. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Go Retread’s discretion. Go Retread reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

6. Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via email to the address provided, with prize details between June 20 and June 30, 2024. Winners must respond within three months of notification; failure to do so, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, will result in prize forfeiture.

7. Privacy: All personal information collected from participants in this raffle will be used by Go Retread for the purpose of administering the raffle, including contacting winners and delivering prizes. Additionally, by entering this raffle, you agree that we may use your information to send you promotional materials and offers related to Go Retread products and services. Your information will not be shared with any third parties and will be handled exclusively by Go Retread. We will store your information securely and retain it only as long as necessary for these purposes or until you opt out or request deletion of your data. You have the right at any time to withdraw your consent, unsubscribe from further communications, or request access to or correction of the information we hold about you. 8. General Conditions: Go Retread reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Raffle, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the raffle, as determined by Go Retread in its sole discretion.

9. Limitations of Liability: Go Retread is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the raffle; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the raffle; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the raffle or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the raffle or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

10. Disputes: Except where prohibited, participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the raffle or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Nanjing, China; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this raffle, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
